Who we are

Established in 2020 by Desiree Wegner, The Holistic People Consultancy may be a relatively new kid on the block when it comes to the people and culture development space BUT… we’ve kinda been doing this stuff for a long time now!

We come armed with 20 years’ worth of commercial, operational and strategic HR knowledge. Throw into the mix our forward-thinking outlook, modern methods and passion for business psychology (along with bags of enthusiasm and positive energy by the bucketload), and we’re the perfect partner to help make a real difference to your business.
